Holy Cow, does everyone understand the enormity of that sentence? It is no longer up to the stockholders to keep or oust a CEO, it is now the province of the U.S. Government. I guess from now on ALL executives must do as the government dictates or they will be ousted! The government already ousted GM’s Wagoner. What has happened to our democracy? First they were stealing our rights to save us from Terrorists and now they steal our rights to save us from economic turmoil. Guess what? There are still Terrorists and there is still economic turmoil, but our rights are gone, maybe for good! Maybe “Helicopter” Ben and “Goldy Alum” Paulson should be indicted for conspiracy to defraud B of A shareholders? Hopefully they would sing and bring down some of the other criminals serving in public office and the bankster gangs.
