Lifted by an 82% increase in construction of apartment buildings, U.S. housing starts climbed 22% in February to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 583,000.
Futures are flat this morning. Yesterday got over extended up at the 775 level in the S&P and that was right at resistance. I think if we see more down action today like we did going into the close yesterday we could be headed to the 720 area in a hurry. Crude is down .62 to $46.73 and Gold is down 6.5 to 915.
